Identity & Access
Trusting the identity of an end user is an essential element of e-government, both where end users are acting in their own name and where they are acting on behalf of someone else.
So authentication is the first step in using an e-government on-line application. Fedict offers a solution for the fast authentication of end users, so enabling them to gain access to secure government applications.
You can find the general conditions for the use of the Fedict services (PDF, 313.17 Kb) here.
Federal Authentication Service (FAS)
With the Federal Authentication Service (FAS), individuals are registered and authenticated before being given access to secure online applications.
Attribute management
With Attribute management, Fedict can transfer additional information (‘attributes’) to the government application, so that the end user only has access to the application or information for which he/she has been authorised.
