Complaints
There are two ways to file a complaint about the services provided by Fedict:
1. use the online complaint form

2. Download the PDF complaint form (PDF, 277.53 Kb) and fill it in electronically.
- send it as an attachement by e-mail to complaints@fedict.belgium.be
- print out the form and send it by regular mail to following address :
